There are so many types of food trucks, and all the hype has just started in the past few years, every city seems to have their own signature food trucks even with niche types of trucks such as Karma ChaMEALeon, a vegan food truck (Freshdaily Inc., 2014).

Toronto and Hamilton are filled with food trucks on a regular basis, some might say that each food truck has their own speciality yet some might say that most food trucks of the same category have the same tasting food. In terms of street food vendors in the GTA the most common you will come across are ones that sell meat products such as burgers and BBQ items (Freshdaily Inc., 2014 ). Ice cream trucks can also be found just about anywhere, and have been around for quite some time, although the traditional ice cream truck has swayed more to frozen yogurt trucks and tasty dessert treat trucks (Freshdaily Inc., 2014 ). Although there are so many similar types of food trucks, some would say that the possibilities are endless when it comes to food trucks.

End with Open Ended Question: So what type of food trucks do you see popping up everywhere lately?
