My Love of Ice Cream Trucks

Sometimes the best experiences you have is when you are a child. In the present ice cream trucks would not really be thought of as a typical type of food truck, but really they were one of the first kinds.

As a child I enjoyed ice cream trucks oh so much. They usually would come down the street that I lived on and all the other kids and I would get so excited when we heard that familiar sound. As the ice cream truck parked the line would start to form and everyone would line-up to choose their treat of choice. My favorite was ice cream mixed with slushy; I believe it was called an iceberg! Although it’s not a typical food truck food, I feel that ice cream from an ice cream truck is the original type of mobile food. Ice cream trucks are still going strong and they are one of the many food places open now.
