What Type of Food Do BBQ Food Trucks Have?

So food trucks are becoming increasingly popular in the past few years, we seem to hear about them all the time these days, but which types of food trucks are very common? When I went onto the website torontofoodtrucks.ca I noticed that BBQ Food Trucks are very common on the list (Freshdaily Inc., 2014). Personally, I love this type of food and it tastes great that is probably why these types of food trucks are so popular. So if you have never had BBQ food from a food truck or from a restaurant you might be wondering what type of food does a BBQ food truck have?

To me BBQ means chicken legs, coleslaw, beans and pulled pork and that’s just what it is, that is just the type of tasty eats that these food trucks serve up fresh and tasty (Freshdaily Inc., 2014). This type of truck consists of the many food places open now. This type of food is just the thing to fill you up and it is so tasty and savoury with every BBQ food truck/restaurant having their own tasty type of BBQ sauce, each with a different taste.
