Many
new ethnic food trucks have
been popping up in the GTA and you may be eager to try all of them. I know I am
one of those people!

Here are
some tips when it comes to trying out these new trucks. Firstly, pick which
ethnic food truck you want to try and research what people of that ethnic
culture usually eat. For example, an Italian
food truck would most likely serve pasta and if you do not like pasta,
you best not try this food truck. Secondly, you must also consider the
palette of each culture. For instance, Korean like to eat spicy so if you
cannot handle spicy foods, you might want to think twice about that Korean food truck. Lastly, try
seeing if that food truck has a menu online so that you can think about what
you’d like to try before committing yourself to drive there. Those are my tips
for trying out new food trucks!
