this, the smell of freshly fried fries, you see the worker put them into a box,
they take out a package of fresh cheese curds, they then go over to the
steaming pot of gravy and you see them pour it onto the fries and watch as the
cheese melts, now all you can smell is the savory smell of a poutine. Your
mouth begins to water as they hand you your fork and your food, you take your
first bite and realize this is the best tasting poutine you’ve had in a really
long time, you finish in a matter of seconds and then think to yourself that
this best tasting poutine that you just inhaled actually came from a food
truck, yes that’s right a FOOD TRUCK!
You then realize that the one place you
would least expect your best tasting poutine to come from is actually from a motorized
moving kitchen.
When you think of a food truck you would think
of a inexpensive really bad tasting meal that you would never think to try but,
these trucks can actually have the best meal you’ve ever had. This just teaches
you that the best meals are not always found in a five star restaurant but can
actually come from the motorized moving kitchen at the corner of a busy
intersection
